As a Customer Service Agent, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving enquiries, and driving satisfaction for our customers across Australia.

- Provide outstanding customer service and support to both internal and external stakeholders across multiple channels
- Confidently handle customer enquiries with empathy, professionalism, and a solutions-oriented mindset
- Maintain a professional, engaging phone manner to build trust and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Effectively manage competing priorities and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to continuously deliver seamless customer experiences

About you

- Proven experience in a customer service role dealing with both internal and external customers
- Strong verbal communication skills with a confident and clear phone presence
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to handle dynamic workloads efficiently
- Ability to remain calm, composed, and positive under pressure
