About the role
your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Identifying and supplying parts for agricultural machinery and equipment
- Supporting the assembly area with parts requirements and day‑to‑day needs
- Picking, checking and preparing parts for assembly
- Receiving, storing and organising incoming stock
- Operating a forklift to load, unload and move stock and equipment
- Assisting with stock control, inventory checks and parts organisation
- Interpreting parts diagrams and catalogues to identify components
- Processing parts orders and maintaining accurate records
- Liaising with suppliers and internal teams to source parts
- Supporting technicians and assemblers with parts requirements
- Assisting with general warehouse, parts and assembly duties as required
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work environment
$70,000–$75,000 per annum + super

About you
We're looking for someone who is practical, reliable and adaptable, with a willingness to get involved across the business.
You will ideally have:
- Previous experience in spare parts, machinery, automotive, agricultural equipment or a similar industry
- Good mechanical aptitude and an ability to identify machinery components
- Experience in a warehouse, workshop, assembly or parts environment
- Forklift Licence (LF) – essential
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer skills and the ability to learn parts and inventory systems
- A positive, can‑do attitude and willingness to learn
- The ability to work independently and as part of a small team
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and assist with different tasks when required
