Ecolab is seeking a Service Technician on a contract, to support Food & Beverage customers across Sydney and surrounding areas.

In this field-based role, you'll help customers maintain water quality, protect critical assets, and improve operational reliability across cooling towers, boilers, closed-loop systems, and wastewater treatment plants.

This is a contract role with the possibility of permanency for the right candidate and business requirements.

What you'll do

- Conduct water testing, sampling, and routine service visits
- Monitor and maintain cooling water, boiler, and wastewater systems
- Inspect, calibrate, and troubleshoot dosing equipment and controllers
- Identify issues, recommend corrective actions, and support optimisation
- Complete service reports and communicate findings with customers
- Maintain high standards of safety, compliance, and chemical handling

About you

You may have experience in:





- Water treatment or wastewater operations
- Industrial maintenance or utilities
- Mechanical service or instrumentation
- Laboratory testing or process operations

You’ll also have:

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Mechanical aptitude and a safety-first mindset
- Good communication and reporting skills
- Ability to work independently across multiple customer sites
- Comprehensive training and onboarding
- Ongoing technical development and field coaching
- Exposure to a wide range of industrial water systems
