Uniting Vic.Tas is seeking a Consumer Liaison Officer in Blackburn. You will provide administrative and customer service support, acting as a liaison between clients, program teams and vendors, and handling changes to service delivery timing and staff assignments.

The role requires robust customer service and administrative experience in a busy environment, with a preference for experience in human services. Hybrid work arrangement up to two days per week is available.
