Recruitment Select is seeking a Customer Advocate to join our client's friendly and supportive team in Benalla. You will act as the key link between customers and internal departments to ensure warranty claims, customer concerns and post-delivery issues are resolved efficiently. The role is situated in a manufacturing company, so any experience within the industry will be looked upon favourably.
Reporting into a customer-focused team, you will coordinate warranty cases and customer enquiries from initial notification through to resolution, ensuring clear communication and excellent service throughout the process. This is a casual position requiring full-time hours, working Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer complaints, warranty claims and post-delivery product issues.
- Provide timely updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate technicians, customers and site arrangements for warranty service activities.
- Organise replacement parts,
dispatches and delivery tracking.
- Maintain accurate records, documentation and action registers.
- Work closely with Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Service teams.
- Assist with warranty reporting, root cause investigations and continuous improvement initiatives.
