Have a minimum of 2 years of experience working as a paralegal in a similar role.
What you’ll do:
Prepare legal documents and correspondence using firm templates and precedents.
Liaise professionally with clients, lawyers, counsel and other external professionals.
Manage calendars, appointments, key dates and deadlines.
Prepare briefs to counsel.
Organise, review and manage disclosure material.
File court documents and coordinate service.
Maintain organised, accurate and compliant client files.
Manage file opening and closure processes.
