Microflite Aviation is seeking a Recruitment Officer to support our People & Culture team in Moorabbin/Melbourne. You’ll manage recruitment across the Group, from approved vacancies to a current starter’s first weeks, ensuring aviation checks are in place before start date.
You’ll partner with hiring managers across flight operations, engineering, guest services and head office, draft job ads with Marketing, and build onboarding workflows in Employment Hero to standardise processes across
