House of Bungalow in Surry Hills is seeking an Assistant Nightlife Manager to join us as we prepare to open a basement venue. You will lead service, set team standards, and act as second-in-command when the Nightlife and Entertainment Manager is away, ensuring a genuine hospitality-led experience.
You will oversee the bar and floor during service, manage guest flow, VIP bookings and bottle service while maintaining the venue’s atmosphere. Availability for late nights and weekends is required.
