Remuneration: $45.28 p/hr + Super + NFP Salary Packaging (save tax and increase your take home pay)

Your part in our UnitingCare team:
Work in partnership with the person being supported, their family and informal support networks, to attain the hopes and aspirations they have established for their lives. Provide support to people in their everyday living situations, including personal care as identified, with an emphasis on choice, enhancing quality of life.
Participate in the development, implementation and review of individual plans that focus on the life hopes and aspirations of people. Enable people to attain personal autonomy over their own lives and the services which they receive. Recognise and uphold the right to respect, privacy, dignity and confidentiality of the person being supported and their family.
