This is an administration and group exercise or Pilates teaching role in a busy exercise physiology clinic. You will support administration operations and teach small group exercise classes if an Accredited Exercise Scientist (AES), or Pilates classes if appropriately qualified. You must be available Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays, with scope for the role and hours to grow in 2027.
Key responsibilities
- Answering phone calls and responding to email enquiries
- Managing appointments and class bookings
- Processing payments and invoicing
- Managing accounts receivable, monitoring outstanding invoices and following up payments
- Preparing and processing administrative reports and assisting with report formatting and distribution
- Maintaining accurate client records and supporting daily clinic administration
- Welcoming clients and helping the clinic run smoothly
- Teaching small group exercise classes if an AES, or Pilates classes if appropriately qualified
About you
- Availability on Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays
- Confidence working with Excel and Word
- Relevant class teaching skills and experience
- Current First Aid and CPR for teaching duties
- Friendly, organised and reliable with clear communication skills and the ability to take initiative
- Accuracy, attention to detail and follow-through particularly important for reports and accounts receivable
