An exciting opportunity has become available for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator (6‑month contract) to join our high‑performing Talent Acquisition team based in North Sydney .

This role is ideal for someone with 1‑2 years of recruitment experience who is looking to develop their career in Talent Acquisition within a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment. Working closely with leaders and the People & Culture team, you’ll support the delivery of recruitment activities across both operational and corporate portfolios while helping to provide an outstanding candidate experience.

What You’ll Do

- Support end‑to‑end recruitment across a diverse portfolio of operational and corporate roles.
- Coordinate recruitment activities including job advertising, candidate screening, interview scheduling and offer management.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and support recruitment outcomes.
- Deliver an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist with talent attraction initiatives and talent pooling activities.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment data within our recruitment systems.




- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to deliver quality hiring outcomes.
- Support onboarding activities and ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
- Collaborate with the wider People & Culture team on recruitment projects and process improvements.
- Ensure recruitment activities are compliant, consistent and aligned with company processes.

What You’ll Bring

- 1‑2 years' recruitment experience gained within an agency, RPO or internal recruitment environment.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities.
- A passion for delivering a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to work.
- Confidence using recruitment systems, Microsoft Office applications and other recruitment tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment.

Experience recruiting within logistics, transport, industrial, engineering or other blue‑collar environments will be highly regarded but is not essential.
