About the Role:
The Administration Officer - Cashiers is a member of the finance team. The role is responsible for the cashier function of ERH including collecting payments, perform EFTPOS transactions and entering receipts across all debtor systems. The role also includes customer service, reception and administration duties.
Key responsibilities include:
- - Provide high-quality, professional and courteous customer service to staff, patients and customers of ERH.
- - Process and reconcile daily receipts and cash floats, ensuring all monies are accurately accounted for.
- - Complete daily banking of cash and cheques and accurately receipt cash, cheque and EFTPOS transactions.
- - Respond to debtor enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- - Maintain accurate and efficient filing of financial reports and related documentation.
- - Perform general administration and cashier duties as required.
Qualifications/experience required:
Experience in cash handling and reconciliation of daily banking
Skills including positive customer service approach

Pre-Employment Requirements
