QT Gold Coast, part of EVT, is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to coordinate food production for our banquet and function kitchen, ensuring every plate leaves the pass to the highest culinary standards. You'll run the kitchen day to day, prepare the team for service and work to food and labour cost targets.

Work closely with the Executive Chef, F&B; Manager and outlet supervisors on restaurant and banquet functions, maintain secure, hygienic food handling and a clean kitchen in line with WHS
