Woolworths Group is seeking a hands-on leader to oversee Proactive Services across our stores. You will lead a team responsible for cleaning, trolley collection and waste support, and you will schedule rosters to ensure daily operations run smoothly.

In this full time role, you will coach staff, monitor attendance, order consumables, and work closely with Store Leadership to tackle challenges and priorities while delivering outstanding service to customers and colleagues.
