- $45–$50 p/h + Super + Travel + Penalties

THE ROLE

- Lead crews across road construction, subdivisions & general civil works
- Coordinate day-to-day site activities and keep projects moving




- Work alongside Site Supervisors and project teams to deliver quality outcomes
- Hands-on role for someone who knows civil construction and isn't afraid to get stuck in

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

- 4–5 years’ civil construction experience
- Solid background across roads and subdivisions
- Previous Leading Hand experience or ready to step up
- Reliable, motivated and hungry to progress
- Strong communication and a get-it-done attitude
- Machine Tickets (excavator, skid-steer, roller, loader etc.) Highly Regarded
