Key responsibilities

- Parking Patrol Officers are responsible for providing a safe and healthy Council area by conducting effective and efficient patrols of zones with parking restrictions, issuing Penalty Notices or warnings for breaches, and supporting broader compliance activities.
- Conduct proactive patrols of regulated parking areas.
- Monitor and report amenity issues including dumped rubbish, obstructions, and abandoned items.
- Provide professional customer service to community members and stakeholders.

What you need

- Customer service experience in a challenging or high?volume environment.
- Computer literacy and advanced written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to follow established work practices and procedural guidelines.
