Lonsec Group is seeking a Client Services Officer to provide high-quality client support, administration and reporting for our client base. Reporting to the Head of Product (iRate) & Client Services, you will handle queries, deliver one-on-one training, manage onboarding and maintain accurate records across CRM and reporting systems.

The role involves assisting Sales and Product teams, rollout of product updates, and ongoing client success initiatives.
