The TheirCare OSHC Coordinator role leads your own service, delivering before- and after-school care plus holiday programs to local families. You will design engaging activities for children aged 5–12, foster trusted relationships within the school community, and mentor your team to grow professionally.

Hours are structured with early starts and afternoon finishes, Monday to Friday only, with ongoing support from a dedicated Area Manager and Head Office team to ensure a protected, rewarding program
