Yokohama Rubber Australia is seeking a customer operations specialist to act as the primary contact for our national dealer network, handling high-volume inquiries, quotes, pricing, and order status via SAP and our ticketing system.

You will support the Sales Team Australia-wide, identify upsell opportunities, coordinate with warehouse and accounts, and ensure accurate order entry and timely responses, leveraging SAP Business ByDesign and Microsoft Office.
