We are looking for a motivated and proactive Internal Sales Representative to join our team, with a primary focus on our HFP Attachments range.

This is a hands-on sales role for someone who is confident taking ownership of customer enquiries and actively progressing opportunities from initial contact through to sale.

You will be one of the first points of contact for customers enquiring about our attachment range. Rather than simply preparing quotes and waiting for customers to respond, you will be expected to actively follow up opportunities, build relationships, understand customer requirements and work towards converting enquiries into sales.

You'll develop robust knowledge of our attachment range and work with customers to identify the right product for their machine and application.

Previous sales experience is essential. Experience within earthmoving, machinery, attachments, agricultural equipment or a related industry would be highly regarded.

Key responsibilities

- Responding to incoming enquiries via phone, email, website and social media
- Speaking directly with customers to understand their machine, application and attachment requirements
- Gathering the information required to correctly quote and supply attachments
- Recommending suitable products and solutions from the HFP Attachments range
- Preparing accurate quotes, pricing and product information
- Following up quotes and outstanding sales opportunities
- Maintaining regular contact with prospective customers throughout the sales process
- Converting enquiries and quotes into orders
- Processing customer orders from confirmation through to completion
- Preparing invoices and assisting with payment follow-up where required
- Maintaining accurate customer, quote and sales information in our CRM system
- Keeping records of calls, emails and follow-up activity up to date
- Liaising with customers regarding availability, lead times, freight and order progress




- Coordinating with our workshop, operations and management teams as required
- Building strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Developing strong knowledge of our attachment range, machine fitment and product specifications
- Assisting with general sales administration associated with your customers and orders
- Contributing to the continued growth of the HFP Attachments division

About you

- We're looking for someone who enjoys sales and is comfortable taking responsibility for getting a deal across the line.
- You will ideally have:
- Previous experience in a sales-focused role – essential
- A proven ability to follow up leads and quotes and convert opportunities into sales
- Confidence speaking with customers over the phone and building rapport
- A proactive approach – you don't wait for the customer to call you back
- Strong communication and customer relationship skills
- Good commercial awareness and the ability to understand what a customer actually needs
- Strong organisation and follow-up skills, with the ability to manage multiple active opportunities
- Experience using CRM systems or the ability to quickly learn new systems
- An interest in machinery, earthmoving equipment and attachments
- Previous experience within earthmoving, machinery, attachments, agricultural equipment or a similar industry would be highly regarded
- A willingness to develop strong technical knowledge of the HFP Attachments range
- Most importantly, we're looking for someone who is driven by sales results while still providing a high level of customer service.
