Service Advisor - Luxury BMW & MINI Dealership (Full-Time)

Waverley BMW (part of the award-winning, family-owned Jowett Motor Group) is looking for an experienced Service Advisor who thrives in a premium dealership environment and knows how to deliver a standout customer experience from booking to handover.

The role

As a Service Advisor, you’ll own the end-to-end service journey and be the key point of contact for customers.

Key responsibilities

- Welcome customers and guide them through the service process from arrival to collection.
- Explain recommended work, costs, and timelines clearly and professionally.




- Liaise with technicians and coordinate repairs to ensure work is completed accurately and on time.
- Order parts and provide proactive customer updates throughout the day.
- Prepare repair orders, job cards, and invoices with strong attention to detail.
- Help uphold BMW standards and deliver a premium after-sales experience.

About you

To be successful, you’ll have:

- Proven Service Advisor experience in a premium or high-volume dealership (essential)
- Solid communication skills and a genuine customer-first mindset.
- Excellent organisation and time management in a fast-moving environment.
- Confidence using dealership management systems and digital tools.
- A calm, professional approach and the ability to work as part of a high-performing team.
