Kanda is seeking compassionate, reliable workers to provide person-centred, trauma-informed support in home and community settings across Queensland. You will assist with personal care, daily routines, appointments and household tasks, while promoting participant rights, dignity and independence.

You'll work to support community access, social participation and employment goals, provide emotional support during distress, and follow individualised support and behaviour plans.
