Most volume builders take six months or more to get a job on site. This Sydney builder does it in ten weeks, and Harrison Barratt Group is recruiting a Precon & Customer Relations Coordinator to help keep that pace.

Their designs are pre-approved for CDC and their process is streamlined, so you’ll spend your time moving jobs forward, not fighting the system. You’ll own each job from tender acceptance through to construction commencement. That means preparing contracts and colour selection documents, coordinating CDC, DA and developer approvals, ordering consultant reports and working with certifiers, councils and internal teams. You’ll keep clients informed at every stage and hand over a complete file to construction.

You’ll be trained directly by one of the most experienced precon leaders in the business, in a small team that actually looks after its people. The culture is "never say never", so a good idea is welcome from day one,



and the team is exploring AI and automation to make precon even smoother. Complaints are rare, so most of your time goes on happy clients.

You might be a excellent fit if you:

- Have experience in residential precon, contracts, customer service, admin or certifier support
- Are a sales hostess or new home consultant ready for a weekday role
- Are organised, detail-focused and happy juggling multiple live jobs
- Communicate clearly and enjoy keeping clients updated
- Are open to new ways of working, including AI and automation
- Are confident with Microsoft Office and quick to learn new systems
