In parallel, the Company is progressing its Pioneer Dome Lithium Project in WA towards production.

The second part of Develop's business focuses on the delivery of underground mining services. Develop currently has agreements in place to provide underground mining services to:

- OceanaGold's (TSX: OGC) Waihi North Gold Project; and
- Core Lithium's (ASX: CXO) Finniss Lithium Operation.

About the role:

DEVELOP have an exciting opportunity for a motivated Site Administrator to join the growing team at our Woodlawn Copper Zinc Mine located near Tarago, NSW.

Reporting to the Senior Site Administrator, this role is responsible for the day-to-day administrative operations of the site, providing essential support to the Senior Site Administrator and Senior Leadership Team.





The position plays a key role in ensuring the efficient coordination of site activities, administration, and communication across the operation. As a pivotal member of the team this role contributes to the smooth and effective running of site functions, maintaining high standards of organisation, compliance, and operational efficiency.

7:7 roster | residential only | work close to home | 12 hour shifts 6am - 6pm

Your main responsibilities:

- Assist with the coordination of site entry and clearance requirements in line with company and safety procedures.
- Support the purchasing and accounts process by assisting with purchase orders, invoices and documentation in accordance with company procedures.
- Coordinate travel, accommodation and transfer bookings for employees and visitors as required.
- Provide administrative support to site leadership and departmental teams as required.
- Assist with onboarding activities for new employees including site access, PPE allocation and uniforms.
- Support the coordination of site meetings, functions, catering and corporate visits.
- Ensure noticeboards, signage and site communications are updated and maintained.
- Maintain accurate records, filing systems and administrative documentation.




- Build positive working relationships with employees and contractors to support site operations.

About you:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks and record keeping.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic site environment.
- Problem-solving skills with a proactive and adaptable approach.
- Experience in a similar role within heavy industry (desirable)
- Flexibility to adapt to ongoing improvement to procedures and work practices.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel and Word.
- Possess a valid C class Australian drivers licence
- Willingness to perform pre-employment medical and national police clearance
