NGK Stanger Pty Ltd is a leading manufacturer of outdoor high-voltage electrical switchgear. We are seeking a reliable and mechanically minded Mechanical Assembler to join our Production Team in Epping. The role is based in Epping, Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 3:00pm, with overtime available when required.
Key responsibilities
- Assembly work within a manufacturing setting
- Production TIG welding
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
- Manual handling tasks
- Working effectively within a team environment
About you
- Mechanical aptitude and experience using hand and power tools
- Assembly experience within a manufacturing environment
- Production TIG welding experience or willingness to learn
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Experience with manual handling
- Robust attention to detail and a positive work ethic
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Flexibility to work overtime when required
- Electrical assembly experience or electrical knowledge highly regarded
