We're Looking For

A job share partner to join our team in a part time capacity, working Wednesday - Friday, collaborating closely to deliver seamless outcomes for senior leadership team members within the office of the CPO.

What You'll Do

This is a part time; job share opportunity working Monday and Tuesday within the People & Culture team. You will partner closely with your job share counterpart to ensure continuity, consistency, and high-quality delivery across key responsibilities. The role plays an important part in supporting team objectives and contributing to Stockland's purpose of creating better places and experiences. You will:

- Drive Business Unit effectiveness by coordinating reporting, meetings and Board and Committee submissions, ensuring materials are timely, relevant and aligned to Stockland standards.
- Support leadership in delivering people, culture and behavioural priorities, including proactive coordination of one on ones, action tracking and team engagement.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, strengthen cross functional collaboration and ensure compliance with operational risk and record management requirements.
