Bedrock Workforce is looking for Formworkers to join a well-established construction company working on projects across the ACT. We're after people with solid hands-on formwork experience who take pride in quality work and want long-term, reliable employment.

What you'll be doing

- Setting up, erecting and stripping formwork for slabs, columns, walls and core structures
- Reading and working from plans, drawings and set-out
- Working with a range of formwork systems, both conventional and proprietary
- Installing edge protection, penetrations and embedments as required
- Working closely with steel fixers, concreters and site supervisors to keep the pour program on track
- Following site safety procedures and keeping work areas clean and organised

What you'll need

- Minimum 2 years' formwork experience (essential)
- Must be based in the ACT (essential)
- White Card (essential)
- A sound understanding of formwork systems, plans and construction sequencing
- PPE and reliable transport to site
- Formwork or carpentry trade qualifications, working at heights, EWP or forklift tickets highly regarded

Experience across commercial, residential or civil formwork is welcome, as long as you have at least 2 years on the tools and are ACT-based.
