The Role

You'll be an key part of the day-to-day operation of our Bondi Junction store, working closely with our butchers and Store Manager to ensure every customer receives the level of service Vic's Meat is known for.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Welcoming and assisting customers with confidence and enthusiasm

- Providing advice on products, cuts and cooking recommendations

- Processing sales and operating the POS

- Taking customer orders and answering phone enquiries





- Replenishing stock and maintaining premium product displays

- Ensuring the store is clean, organised and beautifully presented

- Supporting the team during busy trading periods

- Following food safety, hygiene and operational procedures

About You

We're looking for someone with a strong customer service mindset who is reliable, personable and comfortable working in a busy retail workplace.

Experience in premium retail, hospitality, food retail or customer service is highly regarded, but attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.

You don't need to be a meat expert. Our team will provide training and help develop your product knowledge, but an interest in food and cooking will certainly help.

As this is a full-time retail position, weekday and weekend availability is required.
