The opportunity

We’re looking for a capable and organised Solar Administration Officer to support our sales, installation, and service teams. You’ll be a first point of contact for customers and play a key role in coordinating jobs, preparing documentation, and keeping projects moving smoothly from enquiry to completion.

This role suits someone who enjoys variety, communicates confidently, and thrives in a busy, customer‑focused environment.

What you’ll do

- Handle customer enquiries by phone and email with a friendly, professional approach

- Prepare documents, compliance forms, and installation packs

- Schedule site inspections, installations, and service appointments





- Liaise with installers, suppliers, and internal team members

- Process rebates, grid‑connection applications, and other regulatory paperwork

- Maintain accurate records in our CRM and job management systems

- Provide general administrative support across the dealership

What you’ll bring

- Experience in administration or customer service (solar or trades industry experience is an advantage)

- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills

- Clear communication and a customer‑first mindset

- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines

- Confidence using digital tools and learning new systems

- A proactive, solutions‑focused approach to daily tasks
