Service NSW is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support customers at the Eden and Bega Service Centres. This 20-hour per week role involves a mix of face-to-face and phone enquiries, delivering friendly and efficient service in a government services setting.

You will work Monday to Friday, with shifts of at least four hours, contributing to a welcoming customer experience and ensuring accurate handling of information and processes.
