What You'll Do

As an Assistant Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences while supporting the day-to-day leadership of the restaurant. You'll:

- Lead by example during service, creating memorable guest experiences.
- Coach and develop your team to deliver exceptional hospitality.
- Support rostering, labour management and daily operations.
- Maintain service standards and venue presentation.
- Foster a positive, high-performing team culture.
- Work closely with your General Manager to achieve operational and commercial success.
