We are currently recruiting for experienced Customer Service Specialists who are available to work on a full time basis working onsite in our Hawthorn Office.

Available Full-Time Schedules and a (4-Day Compressed Roster)

- For the early birds a morning roster (Sunday to Thursday): 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM

- For the night owls a evening roster (across the 7 days) : 2:00pm to 10:00pm

- Enjoy 3 full days off every week! Evening Roster (Friday to Monday): 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM

- Location: This is a 100% office-based role at our Hawthorn headquarters.

Requirements

- A strong ability to focus on details





- Strong problem-solving skills to fill client schedules both long-term and short term

- Strong computing skills to ensure all essential information is gathered, documented, and properly communicated

- Multitasking client and caregiver inquiries and follow-ups via email and phone

- Holistically engage and listen to the caller to gather essential information to determine the needs

- Represent the Nurse Next Door brand and provide exceptional care and education for prospective clients and their families over the phone

Qualities

- You love providing exceptional customer service and exceeding customer expectations

- You have high emotional intelligence - active listening, compassion, and empathy come naturally to you.

- You have exceptional written and verbal communication skills

- You are process-driven and love following systems

- Interpersonal skills through active listening and compassion to the caller

- Strong computer skills, proficient in G-Suite: Gmail, drive, docs, calendar

- You thrive in a busy environment, and short deadlines don't phase you

- Solution-oriented individual not afraid to ask questions
