We are WLDM , an SEO and AI agency working with Enterprise clients globally. As the business continues to scale, we’re looking for a highly capable Executive Assistant to the CEO who can bring order to complexity, keep multiple teams moving, and operate confidently in a fast-changing environment.

Executive Assistant to the CEO

We are WLDM , an SEO and AI agency working with Enterprise clients globally. As the business continues to scale, we’re looking for a highly capable Executive Assistant to the CEO who can bring order to complexity, keep multiple teams moving, and operate confidently in a fast-changing environment.

This is a hands-on role supporting a founder who moves quickly, travels frequently, and is deeply involved in the details. You’ll need to be comfortable with shifting priorities, close oversight, and direct feedback - and still deliver consistently.

The Role

This is not a passive admin role. You will act as the central coordination point across the business, supporting the CEO and project managing execution across finance, marketing, HR and SEO teams .

Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing the CEO’s calendar, inbox, scheduling, and travel (including periods of irregular hours when travelling)

- Tracking priorities, decisions, and follow-ups across finance, marketing, SEO, and operations





- Project managing internal workflows to ensure teams are aligned, deadlines are met, and nothing slips

- Coordinating with contractors, agencies, and internal team members to keep work moving

- Preparing agendas, documenting actions, and following up relentlessly

- Supporting new hire onboarding and contractor coordination

- Drafting and organising internal and external communications

- Creating structure - and maintaining it

This role suits someone who can hold many threads at once , work under close direction, and still think independently about what needs to happen next.

Working Style & Expectations

- Part-time to start (approx. 5-10 hours per week)

- Hours must be flexible , particularly when the CEO is travelling

- Hybrid role: 4 hours per week onsite with the CEO

- Located in or near Byron Bay (office is 10 minutes from Mullumbimby), with remote work the rest of the time

You’ll be working with a CEO who is highly involved in day-to-day decisions, expects responsiveness, and values momentum over perfection.
