About the opportunity
As a Human Resources Graduate, you’ll work alongsideexperienced HR professionals and operational leaders to attract, develop andsupport the people behind our business.
This is not a role where you’ll spend your entire graduateyear observing from the sidelines. You’ll be encouraged to get involved, buildrelationships and contribute to meaningful work from the beginning.
No two days will be the same. You could be supportingrecruitment and onboarding activities one day, contributing to workforceplanning or employee development initiatives the next, and assisting with HRreporting or business improvement projects later in the week.

About you
We’re looking for someone who is curious, approachable andgenuinely interested in people. You’ll enjoy building relationships,
askingquestions and learning how a large operational business works.
You may have recently completed or be in the final year of adegree in:
- HumanResources
- Business
- Commerce
- OrganisationalDevelopment
- IndustrialRelations
- Arelated discipline
You’ll also:
- Communicateclearly and build positive working relationships
- Enjoyworking with people from different roles, cultures and backgrounds
- Demonstrateinitiative and a willingness to learn

Program timing and selection process
The anticipated commencement date is 8 February 2027 .
