About the role: Customer Service Coordinator(12 Month Contract)

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our Customer Service Team . Based in our busy Australian head office located in Sydney CBD, this role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

This position will work across the customer service department on various tasks/duties to achieve greater efficiencies while operating within company guidelines and with a customer focus.

- Accurately and professionally process customer requests, in an efficient and timely manner within the customer service team.
- Participate in all areas of Export and Import Cargo bookings, documentation and container release tasks.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.




- Assist in resolving enquiries for both internal and external customers in a timely and professional manner related to Shipment, documentation, Invoices and claims.
- Comply and follow Hapag-Lloyd standard operating procedures and local area guideline to perform their task as customer service coordinator.
