$45-$50 per hour + Penalties + Super + RDO Accrual
We are seeking experienced Piling Operators and Leading Hands to join our team on a full-time basis.
This is a great opportunity for experienced civil construction workers looking for ongoing work, competitive rates and the opportunity to work across a variety of piling and foundation projects.
About the Role
You will be working across projects predominantly throughout South East Queensland , with some away work available from time to time.
Depending on your experience, duties may include:
Operating excavators and piling equipment
Screw piling, bored piling, sheet piling
Assisting with mobilisation, site setup and daily operations
Leading and coordinating small site crews
Reading plans and understanding site requirements
Completing daily pre-starts and site documentation
Working safely and efficiently in accordance with site requirements
We're Looking For
Previous experience in piling is highly advantageous
Leading Hand or supervisory experience desirable for senior applicants
Strong understanding of construction site safety
Reliable, hardworking and able to work as part of a team
Current driver's licence
Construction White Card
Relevant plant tickets and licences
What We Offer
$45-$50 per hour , depending on experience
Penalty rates applicable

RDO accrual
Daily fares allowance applicable
Predominantly South East Queensland projects
Some away work available
Ongoing work across a range of civil and piling projects
Prospect to step into a Leading Hand position for the right candidate
