Candidate Manager / Resourcer - Early Childhood Education & Care

3-month contract with the option to go permanent | Summer Hill, Sydney

About QuickCare

QuickCare is a specialist workforce platform for Australia's early childhood education and care sector. We help early learning services find, onboard and keep great educators. We do this through on-demand casual staffing via our own app, permanent recruitment, and workforce and compliance tools built by our in-house tech team. We work with everyone from independent centres to large multi-site groups across NSW, VIC and QLD, and we're growing quickly.

The role

We're looking for a Candidate Manager / Resourcer to join our recruitment team on a 3-month contract, with the option to move into a permanent position. For the right candidate, we'll offer visa sponsorship once you join us as a permanent member of staff.

You'll be the engine behind our candidate pipeline. You'll find great educators, get them qualified and compliant, and keep them engaged so our consultants can place them into casual shifts and permanent roles.

You'll report to our General Manager of Recruitment and work closely with both our casual and permanent desks. We're in the middle of our peak period, so you'll get a real feel for the pace and impact of the role from day one.

What you’ll be doing

- Sourcing educators, Early Childhood Teachers and leadership candidates through SEEK Talent Search, LinkedIn, our database and referrals
- Writing and posting job ads, and managing applicant responses
- Phone screening candidates on qualifications, experience, availability and location




- Managing onboarding and compliance checks (qualifications, Working with Children Checks, first aid, references and right to work) so new educators are shift-ready on the QuickCare app
- Keeping our casual talent pool active, engaged and growing
- Shortlisting and briefing candidates for permanent roles alongside our consultants
- Being a friendly first point of contact for candidate enquiries
- Keeping candidate records accurate in JobAdder and HubSpot

What we’re looking for

- Experience in recruitment resourcing, candidate management or high-volume sourcing, or an early childhood background and a genuine interest in moving into recruitment
- Knowledge of ECEC qualifications and compliance (Certificate III, Diploma, ECT, WWCC) is a big advantage
- Confidence on the phone and comfort with a high volume of daily calls
- Solid organisation and attention to detail, because compliance really matters in this sector
- Comfort with technology; experience with SEEK Talent Search, LinkedIn Recruiter or an ATS (ideally JobAdder) is a bonus
- A proactive, can-do attitude and the ability to work at pace in a small, busy team
- Current working rights in Australia for the initial 3-month contract
