The fantastic opportunity

- Permanent part-time role working three shifts a week, with the opportunity to pick up more
- Contract position until 29th January 2027 with potential for extension
- Morning, afternoon and night shifts available, predominantly on weekdays
- Deliver high-quality clinical care to the residents of our 46-bed Caroline Chisholm aged care home in Lane Cove
- Provide supervision and direction to Personal Care Workers
- Formulate, review and update care plans
- Analyse assessment results to determine care needs
- Complete comprehensive documentation and progress notes that reflect residents’ care
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care

What you’ll need to succeed

- Degree as a Registered Nurse with general AHPRA registration
- Proven experience as a Registered Nurse in residential aged care in Australia
- Motivated, personable, reliable, transparent and with a sense of ownership
- NDIS Worker Screening Check and Influenza vaccination (or willing to obtain)
- Working rights in Australia (sponsorship will not be offered)
