Timbrebongie House Ltd is a 47 bed aged care facility in Narromine, NSW. We are seeking a dedicated Activity Officer to join our team and become the heartbeat of our resident's daily experience.
Key responsibilities
Plan and run a diverse range of activities, in consultation with other staff and residents
Collaborate with other team members and families to create a supportive setting
Organise special celebrations and outings
Tailor programs to suit individual resident needs, abilities and interests, ensuring inclusivity for all
Complete documentation as applicable to your role
About you
Experience in a similar role is highly desirable, particularly in aged care
The ability to/willing to learn to drive the facility's bus (manual)
Strong interpersonal skills
A current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or the ability to obtain one
Have the ability to deliver programs that bring laughter, purpose and connection
