We’re looking for a skilled and reliable Chef to join the Summer team at Stillwell Hotel. Located in the heart of Charlotte Pass Snow Resort. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy alpine workplace and is passionate about delivering quality meals to guests.

This role does not qualify for the 88 day Visa extension

Summer Chef at Stillwell Hotel

The Role:

The Chef is responsible for running the Stillwell kitchen and ensuring guests receive good quality, fresh and well-presented food.

Main duties:

- Run the day-to-day kitchen operations
- Prepare and cook breakfast, lunch, dinner, café meals and specials
- Menu planning
- Order food supplies and manage stock levels
- Monitor food costs and wastage




- Follow all food safety and hygiene requirements
- Train and supervise other kitchen staff when required
- Work with the Stillwell Manager and front-of-house team
- Assist with other reasonable duties to support the operation of Stillwell Hotel
