Mornington Golf Club is seeking a highly motivated Full-Time Hospitality Supervisor to help oversee the day-to-day operations of our Bar, Restaurant, and Function Rooms . About the Role

As a Hospitality Supervisor , you will play a hands‑on role in coordinating the daily operations of our hospitality areas, working closely with other supervisors and managers to ensure seamless service. You will help supervise a team of hospitality staff, maintain high service standards, and create memorable experiences in a high-quality, fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and support hospitality staff, including hiring, training, and rostering .
- Ensure all service standards are met and consistently exceeded.
- Manage inventory and ordering of food and beverage items.




- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
- Provide exceptional customer service with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Work flexible hours, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Oversee and maintain cellar operations and draught beer systems .

About You

- 2+ years of supervisory experience in the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills .
- Strong organisational and time management skills .
- The ability to work under pressure in a high-quality, high-volume environment.
- Knowledge of food provenance, wine, and beer service .
- A current Victorian RSA qualification .
