Due to continued growth, we are seeking a qualified Mechanical Plumber/Apprentices to join our team and help build the future within our established framework and structure.

About the role

This role is exclusively focused across a range of light commercial and commercial projects from office fit outs, medical facilities upgrades, new builds and refurbishments across multiple sectors. The right candidate will have experience in commercial HVAC installations. You'll be working alongside experienced team members backed by project managers and site foremen to ensure smooth operations stay consistent.

Key responsibilities

- Installation of commercial HVAC systems
- Maintaining and adding to workplace culture in a positive manner
- Training and mentoring apprentices on a day to day basis
- Reading plans and specifications




- Maintaining high standards of workmanship and safety
- Communicating professionally with clients and site personnel
- Working independently and as part of a team to meet project needs
- Completing job documentation and timesheets accurately
- Using Simpro and Fieldwire for job management, reporting, project coordination, and documentation
- Participating in overtime when required

About you

- Qualified Mechanical Plumber/Refrigeration Tech or apprentices 1st-3rd year
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
- White Card
- Proven experience working on light commercial projects
- Proficient in Simpro, Fieldwire, and other digital job management software
- Ability to mentor apprentices and contribute to a positive team culture
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or unrestricted working rights
