Centacare Catholic Community Services invites a Case Manager to work within RESTORE Intensive Family Services. You will support families with children from unborn to 18 years, using strengths-based and restorative approaches to deliver in-home and therapeutic case management.

You’ll coordinate assessments, planning, and interventions with DHS, DCP, and other professionals to promote child safety and family wellbeing.
