We’re looking for a reliable and organised Warehouse & Dispatch Coordinator to join our automotive parts business and support our fast-growing ecommerce operation.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll take ownership of daily warehouse and dispatch activities, helping get customer orders out accurately and on time.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Picking and packing orders, checking part numbers and quantities.
- Weighing and measuring parcels, booking freight and printing shipping labels.
- Entering tracking numbers and updating order fulfilment in Shopify.
- Organising courier collections and following up on shipping issues.
- Receiving deliveries, checking incoming stock and putting it on shelves.




- Helping with stocktakes and keeping the warehouse clean, organised and safe.

We’re looking for someone with:

- Previous warehouse, packing or dispatch experience.
- Positive computer skills and confidence entering information accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet dispatch deadlines.
- A reliable, proactive approach to work.

Automotive industry experience or knowledge of automotive parts would be an advantage, as would experience using Shopify or online shipping systems.
