We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team at our office in Campbelltown.
Responsibilities:
- Process supplier invoices, payments, vehicle purchases, deposits and refunds accurately and on time.
- Reconcile invoices, statements and purchase orders, investigating and resolving discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate supplier records, financial data and accounting systems.
- Ensure correct coding of expenses across dealerships, departments and cost centres.
- Assist with month-end processes, journal entries and preparation of monthly reports, including ATB.
- Provide general finance and administrative support as required.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in accounts payable or a similar finance role
- Solid attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- A relevant qualification in finance or accounting is preferred
