We're looking for an experienced and customer-focusedStore Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our luxury showroom in Wollongong . In this role, you'll lead and develop a high-performing team, drive sales and store performance, deliver exceptional client experiences, and ensure operational excellence across the showroom.

Job Requirements

- 2-3 years' experience in managing luxury retail or a premium customer service environment.
- Proven sales success with the ability to lead by example.
- Robust communication and relationship-building skills.
- Passion for luxury products and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Comfortable using CRM and retail systems.
- Jewellery or gemmology qualifications (GIA, JAA or similar) are advantageous.




- Available to work weekends and peak trading periods.

Job Responsibilities

- Support and motivate the team to achieve sales and service targets.
- Deliver personalised, consultative sales experiences for every client.
- Assist with daily operations including rosters, stock management, training, and health & safety.
- Coach team members to improve sales performance and product knowledge.
- Process bespoke orders and manage customer enquiries using CRM systems.
- Handle customer escalations professionally and maintain exceptional service standards.
