Care Company in Birmingham is seeking a dedicated HR Recruiter to join the main office. You will post adverts, conduct interviews, coordinate onboarding, and ensure DBS checks, references, and right-to-work compliance are completed accurately.

You will maintain HR records, support CQC compliance, and assist with payroll reporting while leading a small recruitment team. The role is office-based with a explicit path for progression and ongoing training.
