About The Role

Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, you'll be a key part of keeping our warehouse operations safe, efficient and accurate. This is a great entry point for someone early in their career who wants hands‑on experience and a clear path to grow - whether you're looking to build on existing warehouse experience or step up into more responsibility over time.

What You'll Be Doing

- Picking, packing and dispatching customer orders
- Receiving, checking and storing incoming stock
- Loading and unloading trucks and shipping containers
- Operating forklifts and warehouse equipment (licence required - see below)
- Assisting with stocktakes and inventory management
- Assembling products and custom orders when required
- Completing local deliveries using a company vehicle when needed
- Maintaining a safe, organised and efficient warehouse environment
- Identifying and reporting stock discrepancies
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the warehouse

What We're Looking For

- A current forklift licence
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A positive attitude and genuine willingness to learn
- Australian working rights

Highly Regarded (not essential – we'll help you build these)

- Previous warehouse or logistics experience




- Experience loading/unloading trucks
- Experience using pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment
- Inventory or stock management experience
- A customer-focused mindset
- Strong organisational and time management skills
