Clarence Valley Council is seeking a Customer Experience Officer (First Nations) to strengthen the link between the community and council. You will bring a qualified, friendly manner and help drive a customer experience improvement program that elevates service standards.

This role requires a Certificate in Business Administration or Customer Service, a Class C driver’s licence, and Aboriginality demonstrated for a First Nations identified position.
