Thompson Health Care is seeking an organised and customer-focused Workforce Administrator to support the efficient operation of our residential aged care home at St Ives. This is a great opportunity to expand your administration and rostering skills in a growing industry and a rewarding role.

About the role

Reporting to the Director of Nursing, your will be responsible for:

- Creating and maintaining staff rosters using Humanforce.
- Coordinating shift allocations, replacements and roster changes.
- Processing staff availability, leave requests and timesheets.
- Monitoring staffing levels and escalating shortages to the Director of Nursing.
- Authorising timesheets to support accurate payroll processing.
- Maintaining accurate employee, qualification and compliance records.
- Coordinating onboarding documentation for new employees.
- Responding to roster, timesheet, employment and general enquiries.
- Completing filing, scanning, photocopying and other administrative tasks.

To succeed in this role, you will have:





- Experience in workforce rostering and administration, preferably in aged care, healthcare or a similar workplace
- Experience using Humanforce Workforce Management or comparable rostering software
- The ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- Strong Microsoft Office and general systems skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, organisation and time management
